1. Listen to Kidd Kraddick in the Morning for the times later in the day to listen for the Planet 102.3 Free Gas Sounder.
2. Be caller #10 at 814-102-3 when the sounder plays and you'll win $25 in free gas. You're then automatically entered in a drawing (with all other $25 free gas winners) to win free gas for an entire year.
3. Drawing for the free gas for a year will be totally random and take place on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 5pm.
4. Winner of free gas for a year will be awarded $300 in free gas on June 1, 2008 and then $300 per month in free gas on the 15th of every month for the next 11 consecutive months.
5. Total amount of free gas to grand prize winner is $3,600.
6. KKPN reserves the right to substitute free gas prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
7. Winner of free gas for an entire year is responsible for all federal taxes resulting from winnings. KKPN will provide winner with appropriate Federal tax forms.
8. There may be only one winner per household during this contest.
9. All winners must provide proper ID when collecting prizes.
10. Employees of all Corpus Christi radio stations (as defined by Arbritron Survey area) and any members of their immediate family are not eligible to play and win.
11. You must be at least 18 years old to play and win.
12. By participating in this contest, you agree to the contest rules stated above. You also agree, by participating in this contest, to allow KKPN to your name (and voice) on air in promotion of contest.
13. Rules for Free Gas For A Year supercede any and all rules for current, past, or future contests on KKPN.
